For small SaaS teams
When a buyer asks an AI assistant for a tool like yours, does it name you?
We run the questions your buyers actually ask through major AI assistants (the exact list is confirmed with you before we start and stated in your report), record who gets recommended and why, then hand you concrete fixes you can paste in: copy, FAQ answers, schema and a list of places to get mentioned.

Your SEO dashboard can look fine while AI answers skip you
More buyers now start with a question like "what's the best tool for X?" in an AI assistant. Those answers are built differently from a page of blue links. They lean on how clearly your product is described, whether the assistant can read your site, and what other sites say about you.
Most rank trackers don't show you this. And AI-visibility agencies are usually priced for bigger companies. This audit is a one-off, practical snapshot for teams that just want to know where they stand and what to fix first.
Questions this audit answers
- For which buyer questions do assistants mention you, and for which do they leave you out?
- Which competitors get recommended instead, and what reasons do the answers give?
- What do assistants get wrong about your product (pricing, features, positioning)?
- Which sources do they cite, and are you on them?
- Can AI crawlers actually read your key pages?
What's in the audit
Exactly what you get. Nothing on this list depends on access to your accounts.
Buyer-prompt panel
20 buyer-intent prompts written for your category (e.g. "best [category] for [use case]", "[competitor] alternatives"). You can edit the list before we run it.
Multi-assistant answer snapshot
Each prompt run in every assistant on your confirmed list. For each answer: are you mentioned, at what position, how you're described, and which sources are cited (where the assistant shows them). We record the date and mode used.
Competitor share of voice
A table of up to 5 competitors: how often each is mentioned across all captured answers, and the reasons assistants give for recommending them.
Technical readability check
robots.txt rules for AI crawlers (e.g. GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended), whether key content shows up without JavaScript, structured data, sitemap and llms.txt status.
Consistency check
How your product is described on your site and on public profiles we can find (e.g. review sites, directories, launch pages), with any conflicting claims flagged.
Fix pack, ready to paste
- Rewritten one-paragraph positioning statement
- 8–12 FAQ questions and answers for your site

Delivered as a PDF report plus a spreadsheet with every prompt and the captured answers.
What a report section looks like
Prompt 7 of 20: "best help desk software for a 5-person SaaS startup"
| Assistant | ExampleDesk mentioned? | Position | Competitors named | Sources cited |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Assistant A | No | – | Competitor 1, Competitor 2, Competitor 3 | 2 review sites, 1 blog listicle |
| Assistant B | Yes | 4 of 5 | Competitor 1, Competitor 2, Competitor 4 | ExampleDesk pricing page |
| Assistant C | No | – | Competitor 1, Competitor 3 | (no citations shown) |
| Assistant D | Described wrongly | 3 of 4 | Competitor 2, Competitor 3 | Outdated directory listing |
Finding: In the example, the listicle that Assistant A cites leaves ExampleDesk out entirely, and Assistant D repeats a 2-year-old price from a directory listing.
Fix (from the fix pack): Ask the directory to update the listing; publish a "pricing" FAQ answer in plain text on the pricing page; pitch the listicle author with a one-line, specific differentiator (draft included).
Real reports name the actual assistants and include the full text of each captured answer.

FAQ
Will this get me recommended by ChatGPT?
No one can honestly guarantee that. AI answers change over time and vary by user, location and settings. The audit shows where you stand today and gives you the changes most likely to help: clearer positioning, readable pages, and presence on the sources assistants cite.
Which AI assistants do you test?
Major general-purpose assistants (for example ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude or Gemini), limited to the ones we can access reliably at the time of your order. We confirm the exact list with you before any work starts, and it's stated in your report. If an assistant you care about isn't on the list, you can cancel for a full refund before we start.
How do you run the prompts?
We use each assistant's official app or API with a clean setup (no personal memory or custom instructions), and record the date, product and mode (for example, with or without web search) for every answer. Results are a dated snapshot, not a permanent ranking.
Is this done by AI or by a person?
We use AI tools heavily for research and drafting. That's how we can offer this for $99. Every finding in the report references the captured answer or page it came from, so you can verify it yourself.
Do you need access to my site, analytics or accounts?
No. Everything is based on public information. We never ask for passwords.
What if my product is very new or very niche?
Then the most likely result is "not mentioned anywhere yet". That's still useful: the fix pack focuses on what to publish and where to get listed first. If you're pre-launch with no website, it's too early for this audit.
How long does it take?
Within 3 business days after you approve the prompt list.
Refunds?
Yes. If you're not satisfied, ask for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. And if we don't deliver what's listed on this page, you get a full refund too. Full policy on the terms page (some sections are still a draft).
Are you affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or Perplexity?
No. We're an independent service. Product names are trademarks of their respective owners.
