This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website, request a free mini report or buy the AI Visibility Report, and how we use it.

1. Who is responsible

AI Visibility Report ("we", "us") is operated by zhenwu hu, an individual (sole operator, not a company), resident in the People's Republic of China.

We are the controller (personal information handler) of the information described below, except payment data, for which Creem is responsible as Merchant of Record.

2. What we collect

• Information you send us: your email address and name; the website URL, product category, competitors and questions you provide; and the content of your emails.
• Order information from Creem: your name, email address, country, order reference, amount, and the website URL and category you enter at checkout. We do not receive your card details.
• Reports we generate for you, which contain public information about your website and AI assistants' answers.
• Website visits: this site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical request data (such as IP address and browser type) to serve and protect the site.

3. Why we use it

• To generate and deliver the report or mini report you asked for, and to reply to you (necessary to provide what you requested).
• To handle refunds, questions and records of your order.
• We don't add you to mailing lists, don't sell or rent personal information, and don't use it for advertising.

4. Who we share it with

• Creem (Merchant of Record): processes payments and handles payment data under its own privacy policy.
• Microsoft (Outlook.com): our email provider, used to receive requests and deliver reports.
• AI services used to run the questions (OpenRouter as API gateway, Perplexity, xAI): we send your public website information and the questions, not your name or email address.
• Cloudflare: website hosting.
• Authorities, if required by law.

These providers may process information outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. We share only what each one needs to perform its service.

5. How long we keep it

Website URLs, email addresses and other details you submit, and the reports we generate, are kept for 12 months from your last order or request and then deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time. Creem keeps its own transaction records as required by law.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, copy, correct or delete your personal information, or to withdraw consent, by emailing tkdumplingsage@outlook.com. We respond within 15 business days. These rights apply under the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and, where it applies to you, the data protection law of your own country (for example the EU GDPR or Singapore's PDPA). You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Security

We keep data in access-controlled accounts and don't ask for passwords or account access to your systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
