Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases of the AI Visibility Report (a one-time digital PDF, $49 USD) made through our Merchant of Record, Creem.

1. When you get a full refund

• Not delivered: if we don't deliver the report within the stated delivery time (currently 2 business days from purchase, or from when we receive your website URL), or we can't deliver it at all.
• Incomplete: if the delivered report is missing items listed on the home page.
• Not satisfied: for any reason, within 14 days of delivery. No questions asked.
• Cancelled before delivery: if you cancel before the report has been delivered.

2. How to ask

Reply to the delivery email, or email tkdumplingsage@outlook.com with your order reference (or the email address used at checkout). We reply within 2 business days.

3. How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued through Creem to the original payment method, for the full amount you paid. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider, typically 5–10 business days.

4. Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence, and doesn't limit them.

5. Who we are

AI Visibility Report ("we", "us") is operated by zhenwu hu, an individual (sole operator, not a company), resident in the People's Republic of China.
