Terms, Refunds & Privacy

1. Who we are

2. The service

• A one-time audit, as described on the home page: a buyer-prompt panel, captured answers from the AI assistants confirmed with you before work starts, competitor mention analysis, technical and consistency checks, and a fix pack.
• Results are a dated snapshot. AI assistant answers vary over time, by user, location and settings. We do not guarantee any ranking, mention, traffic or revenue outcome.
• We are not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity or any other AI provider.
• The audit is based on public information. We do not need and will not ask for passwords or account access.

3. Delivery

We aim to deliver within the number of business days stated on the home page, counted from when you approve the prompt list. If we expect to miss that, we will tell you and you may choose a full refund.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by our reseller / merchant of record, [PAYMENT PROVIDER, PENDING], which may apply its own terms and handles applicable sales tax/VAT.

5. Refunds

• If we fail to deliver the items listed on the home page, you get a full refund.
• If you're not satisfied with the delivered audit, you can request a full refund within 14 days of delivery by replying to the delivery email.
• If you cancel before we start work (before prompt approval), you get a full refund.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method via the payment provider.

6. Your use of the deliverables

You may use the report and fix-pack content for your own business, including publishing the suggested copy on your website. Captured AI answers are third-party output, provided for your reference.

7. Limitation of liability

8. Privacy

• What we collect: the information you submit (website URL, product description, competitors, name, email) and order details from the payment provider.
• Why: only to perform the mini check or audit, deliver it, and reply to you. No mailing lists, and we don't sell data.
• Processors: payment provider [PENDING], form provider [PENDING], email provider [PENDING], and AI services used to run the prompts (we send your public website information and prompts, not your personal data, to AI services).
• Retention: [PROPOSED: working files deleted 90 days after delivery; order records kept as required for tax/accounting.]
